Can you describe briefly how ballots are adjudicated here? | Teams of 2 people, Temp workers, paired opposing parties, given blank ballot to fill out. One person reads the voters "intent" then they switch sides + the other Rep interprets their thoughts to the other + agree on who voter intended to vote for. |
