1. What is your biggest concern about the upcoming election?Believes his Dept. is in good shape. Does not really have any major concerns. Cyber security is a Big issue but being handled by State.

4. When was the last time the voter file in your county was scrubbed or cleaned?Small Office, Cannot recall when the last time it was cleaned. But follows FL statute

9a. How is the voting system used in your county certified?Via Div of Elections. Logic + Accuracy test before any election, including re-counts. Public Notice -> public invited

10. Who updates and calibrates the voting machines?Supervisor of Election, Mark Negley
11. Can you explain how they update and calibrate the voting machines?Voting system from Dominion upload. System upgrade via a computer through media cords.
12. Are you present when the machines are updated and calibrated, or is that process supervised by someone else? If some else, what is their position?I am present

15b. Can you describe the process used to track and account for these excess ballots?Stubs have a number on it. Numeric tracked.
16a. We know that in some areas, machines had difficulty reading many mail-in ballots, and those had to be sent for manual adjudication. Can you describe briefly how ballots are adjudicated here?Multiple layers of validation. 3 person Board -> Canvassing Board. Judge, Supervisor of Elections, Chairman of County Commissions.
16b. About what percentage of absentee ballots required adjudication in this county/city during the 2020 election?Very small amount, would not give %
